HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.24189 of 2003 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for petitioners inspite of the fact that the writ petition is being listed under the caption "for dismissal".

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents submitted that the petitioners are challenging the action of respondents in not considering the cases of petitioners for promotion to the post of MNO/FNO to the post of Theatre Assistant or Supervisor or Junior Plant Assistant etc., and this Court granted interim directions on 18.11.2003. The learned Standing Counsel contended that in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary and the writ petition may be closed. This Court, having considered the aforesaid submission, is of the view that this writ petition can be closed in view of the interim orders passed by this Court on 18.11.2003.
