THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.632 AND 3527 OF 2015 COMMON ORDER:

W.P.No.632 of 2015 is filed by the petitioner challenging the proceedings of the 1st respondent, dated 16.01.2015, whereunder the petitioner was removed as President and vacancy was notified.

In view of the meeting held consequent to the notice issued on the No Confidence Motion, the Writ Petition has become infructuous and no further orders need be passed. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same. Hence, W.P.No.632 of 2015 is dismissed as infructuous. W.P.No.3527 of 2015 is filed challenging the notice, dated 07.02.2015, calling for explanation from the Managing Committee Members of the 7th respondent - Society, pursuant to a representation filed by the petitioner on 17.01.2015. Since the said notice is only calling for the explanation, the petitioner cannot challenge the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said notice was issued at the instance of the petitioner only, but, however, strangely the notice was issued to the petitioner also. Be that as it may, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Writ Petition can be disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to take further steps pursuant to the notice, dated 07.02.2015.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the

1st respondent to take further steps pursuant to his notice, dated 07.02.2015, in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
