This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to modify the order, dated 26.04.2016, in Crl.M.P.No.1420 of 2016 in Crime No.98 of 2016 passed by the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, L.B.Nagar.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent-State and perused the material placed on record.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 that the Court below while granting bail to the petitioners directed them to deposit Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) as cash surety, but the petitioners could not secure the cash surety and they are ready to offer immovable property as solvency and hence, the order, dated 26.04.2016 be modified.

4. Having regard to the same, the Criminal Petition is disposed of modifying the impugned order from cash surety to immovable property to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.
