S r i V.Kishore, learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that the petitioner has taken the bundle together with no objection and he is not appearing in the writ petition. From the record, it appears that the petitioner has not engaged another Advocate in the place of Sri V.Kishore. On 0704-2016 and 28-04-2016, time was granted to verify the present position. With the passage of time, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in working out the writ remedy. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
