THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.28183 OF 2011 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not disposing of the application made by the petitioner dated 21.09.2010 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents to incorporate the petitioner's name in sethwar and issue Pattadar Passbook in respect of land admeasuring Ac.10.00 gts in Sy.No.305/2, situated at Zaheerabad Village and Mandal, Medak District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application of the petitioner dated 21.09.2010 for issuance of pattadar pass books is pending before respondents, without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stands closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 07.11.2016 kvs
