When this writ petition was dismissed for non-prosecution on 22.04.2010, the petitioner filed W.P.M.P.No.22527 of 2010 to set aside the said order of dismissal and the same was ordered on 16.12.2010. Today, when the matter is called, none appears and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
