The prayer is one against inaction in considering and disposing of representations dated 24-06-2015 and 06-07-2015. I have perused the representations dated 24-06-2015 and 06-07-2015.

Prima facie, I am satisfied that the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.

The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit representations dated 24-06-2015 and 06-07-2015 by enclosing a copy of this order to 3rd respondent within four weeks from today. The 3rd respondent is directed to look into the representations and take a decision and communicate to petitioner within eight weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
