When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to renew the application at a later point of time. Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as sought for.
