HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1603 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: " .....to issue a Writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ or order declaring the action of the Respondents to convert the TFT License of the Petitioners in respect of Jeedimetla Toddy Shop to Society without considering the facts and Excise Laws as illegal, arbitrary, in violation of principles of natural justice, in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India besides in violation of in violation of Excise and Prohibition Rules, Tapping the Excise Trees and consequently direct the respondents not to convert TFT License of the Petitioners in respect of Jeedimetla Toddy Shop to Society by considering the representation 06-01-2018, and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit just and proper in circumstances of the case."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise for official respondent Nos.1 to 4, before ordering notice to unofficial respondent Nos.5 to 7 and perused the prayer in the writ petition with supporting affidavit and the other material on record. 3.

It is the submission of the learned Government Pleader that pursuant to the application of respondent Nos.5 to 7, enquiry is pending and the petitioners are required to produce the register and it was not so far produced and the respondent-authorities are going to pass appropriate orders including on the representation of the petitioners, subject to compliance of production of the register.

Having regard to the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent-authorities to dispose of

the representation submitted by the petitioners, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order on own merits. Further remedies are left open.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
