HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No. 25661 OF 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 1 and 2 in collusion with respondents 4 and 5 in not giving protection to petitioner to cultivate his land in Sy.No.126 to an extent of Ac.1.10 gts. of Nandipahad village, Miryalaguda Mandal, Nalgonda District in the light of injunction order granted in I.A. No.168 of 2012 in O.S. No.78 of 2012 dated 01.06.2012, as illegal and arbitrary.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that on complaint of respondent No.4, a case in Crime No.293 of 2013 was registered against petitioner and others. While the investigation is pending, the petitioner filed Criminal Petition No.10910 of 2013 and this Court granted interim stay of all further proceedings in Crime No.293 of 2013. After disposal of the criminal case, further course of action will be taken in Crime No.293 of 2013 against the petitioner.

The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
