THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU C.R.P.NO.1 5 OF 2 0 1 4 ORDER:- Both the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents are present. The Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the inaction of the court below in hearing and dispose of I.A.No.438 of 2013 in A.S.No.12 of 2013 on the file of the court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ponnur.

In view of the long lapse of time and as the appeal is of the year 2013, this court is of the opinion that a separate direction to hear I.A.No.438 of 2013 cannot be given now. As the appeal itself is ripe for hearing, the court below is directed to dispose of the Appeal as soon as possible. With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
