THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13399 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.2 in C.C.No.133 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Kanigiri, Prakasam District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed letter dated 09.10.2015 in the Registry requesting to list the matter before the Court under the caption 'for withdrawal' and a submission to that effect has also been in the Court today. Permission is accorded. 3 Accordingly this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
