We find that the matter has been investigated by Upa Lokayukta.

On that ground, we are closing this Public Interest Litigation, without passing any further order. However, it cannot be understood that we have accepted the legality and validity of the proceedings of Upa Lokayukta.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
