These civil revision petitions are filed by the petitioners aggrieved by the common order & decree dated 20.10.2010 passed by the IV Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam in I.A.Nos.1146 & 1149 of 2009 in O.S.No.222 of 2006. 2.

As seen from the docket, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on 03.08.2017 and to give one opportunity, the matters are listed today under the caption "for dismissal".

Today, though the matters are listed under the caption for dismissal, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed for nonprosecution.
