This writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the 1st respondent in registering FIR against respondents 5 to 9 basing on the complaints of the petitioner dated 06.12.2019 and 14.12.2019, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 10.02.2020, a copy of which is placed on record of this Court, submits that based on the complaint made by the petitioner to the 3rd respondent on 14.12.2019, which has been forwarded to the 1st respondent through proper channel to cause enquiry and take action, a case was registered in Crime No.14 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 143, 448, 354, 379 read with Section 149 IPC on the file of Garlabayyaram Police Station, on 03.02.2020, and the matter is under investigation.

Having regard to the fact that the a case has now been registered based on the complaint made by the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition stands redressed and no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition. 5.
