When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 24.01.2018, submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Traffic Police station, Balanagar, Cyberabad are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. In the said instructions, it is stated that the subject vehicle was deposited before the Court of the IV Special Metropolitan Magistrate at Kukatpally on 24.01.2018 through Form No.60.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner herein to file an appropriate application before the learned Magistrate for redressal of his grievance. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
