THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2540 OF 2019 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: " For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit the petitioner herein prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ order or direction more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the official respondents in not taking any action against the unofficial respondents are illegal arbitrary, principles of natural justice, violative of Articles 14, 16, 21 and 300(A) of the Constitution of India and direct the official respondents to take action against the unofficial respondents forthwith and to pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit."
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that investigation is completed and final report is filed before the Court concerned after issuing notice to the petitioner in Form No. 70 on 03.04.2019.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader served a copy of the same on the petitioner's counsel today.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available under law. No costs.
