ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "....to issue a writ or order or direction, especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus:

i.

declare the findings arrived at by the respondent against issue No.1 vide impugned proceeding No.E1/21715/02, dt.09.01.2009 in so far as cadre of JAO is concerned, as illegal, arbitrary and set aside the same.

ii.

consequently declare that the cadre of JAO is a non-workmen cadre iii. and pass such other order or orders....." At the hearing, Mr.Chidagam Srinivas, learned counsel representing Mr.K.Vasudeva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the latter has given up his vakalat. As no alternative arrangement is made by the petitioners to represent their case, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 13.02.2009 in W.P.M.P.No.3481 of 2009, as extended on 25.02.2010 is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.3481 of 2009 filed by the petitioners for interim order shall stand dismissed as infructuous. __________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 21st July, 2015 GHN
