HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.23928 of 2003 ORDER :
This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in not giving notional seniority to petitioner in terms of B.P.Ms.No.312 dated 24.02.1998 and in not considering the petitioner's case by promotion to the post of Assistant Engineer as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India.
2. When this matter has come up on 13.11.2015 on the request of advocate for petitioner, this case is adjourned by two weeks and today when the matter is called there is no representation on behalf of petitioner. This Court granted interim order on 23.04.2004 giving direction to respondents to consider the case of petitioner for promotion.
3. As the petitioner is not evinced any interest in spite of taking two weeks time from 13.11.2015, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
