There are no grounds to admit the petition and stay the trial proceedings in C.C.No.56 of 2017 on the file of the XXI Spl.Magistrate Court, Erramanzil, Hyderabad, but for liberty is open to the petitioner to approach the lower Court by filing an application u/sec.251 CrPC, as laid down by the Apex Court in Bhushan Kumar Vs. State (NCT of Delhi)1.

Accordingly and in the result, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
