The petitioners/A.1. A.2 and A.4 to A.13, the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant and LW.3-Y. Mahesh, victim, are present along with their respective counsel.

I.A.Nos.2 and 1 of 2019 are filed to permit them to record compromise and to compound the offences respectively in P.R.C.No.2 of 2018 on the file of the XXII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 120(B) IPC, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace affidavits of the 2nd and 3rd respondents were also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1, A.2 and A.4 to A.13 in P.R.C.No.2 of 2018 on the file of the XXII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, are hereby quashed and the petitioners/A.1, A.2 and A.4 to A.13 are acquitted. The bail bonds of the petitioners/A.1 A.2 and A.4 to A.13, if any, shall stand cancelled.
