This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"To issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents authorities in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the shop in Sy No. 272 an extent of 131 sq. yards situated at Pamarru Village and Mandal, Krishna District, without issuing any notice and without following due process of law is as illegal and void and against the principles of Articles 14, 19 (1) (g) and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner land in question without following due process of law."

When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for reddressal of the grievance petitioner herein will make a representation to the respondent authorities and the respondent authorities be directed to take appropriate action on the representation to be filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, writ petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to file a representation before the respondent authorities for reddressal of her grievance. If any such representation is made, the respondents shall take appropriate action on the representation, in accordance with law. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
