Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent.

Petitioner's grievance is that respondent Nos.1 and 2 have not issued pattedar pass book and title deed to him in spite of the fact that he has made an application for the said purpose on 09-10-2008.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that if the petitioner makes an application in Form 6-A prescribed under the AP Rights in Land and Pattedar Passbooks Act, 1971, 2nd respondent will consider same and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make fresh application in Form-6A to 2nd respondent including all the material in support of his application and on receipt of said application, 2nd respondent will communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of submission of said application by the petitioner. No costs. 5.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
