The grievance of the petitioners was that the police authorities were calling them to the police station and interfering with their possession and enjoyment over the subject house property situated at

Kammagudem, Munugodu Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District, at the instance of the 5th respondent.

The Station House Officer, Munugodu Police Station, Nalgonda District, furnished written instructions dated 24.05.2011 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that he did not threaten or harass the petitioners and did not interfere with their civil dispute with regard to the subject house property at any point of time. He further stated that the petitioners were never called to Munugodu Police Station as alleged by them and asserted that no complaint had been received or registered against the petitioners by Munugodu Police Station.

The afore-stated stand of the police authorities is taken on record. In the light thereof, no interference is called for in this writ petition, which is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
