O R D E R

This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.24.10.2018 in W.P.No.18527 of 2018 whereby this Court had directed the respondent herein to issue appointment order to the petitioner as Assistant Engineer (Electrical) in Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited. 2.

Smt.K.Udaya Sri, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, has produced Proceedings No.S.P.O.O CGM(HRD)Ms.No.635 dt.07.11.2019 whereby the 2nd respondent has issued appointment order to the petitioner as directed in the above order passed by this Court subject to the result of W.A.No.177 of 2019 filed by the respondent in this Court.

Therefore, I do not deem it appropriate to punish the respondent for Contempt of Court.
