THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 1967 of 2019 O R D E R:

The relief which the petitioner claims in this writ petition is misconceived and premature as no notification was issued to conduct elections to respondent No.6-Munugode Fishermen Cooperative Society, Mungode, Nalgonda District. In those circumstances, as and when election notification is issued, the petitioner is at liberty to file his objections, which shall be considered in accordance with law.
