This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 08.06.2016 passed in I.A.No.499 of 2015 in O.S.No.1088 of 2015 on the file of the Court of XX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for both parties present. As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.1088 of 2015 on 08.05.2018. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing this revision became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
