THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5195 of 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 19.7.2016 passed in I.A.No.308 of 2016 in O.S. No.273 of 2016 on the file of Sub Divisional Magistrate & Special Assistant Agent to Government, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam, Khammam District. 2.

The petitioners are the defendants and the respondents are defendants in O.S. No.273 of 2016. By the impugned order in I.A. No.308 of 2016, the petitioners herein are temporarily restrained from interfering with the suit schedule property. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that pending revision, the petitioners herein filed counter in I.A. No.308 of 2016. He further submitted that this revision petition may be disposed of, directing the trial court to dispose of the I.A., on merits, as early as possible.

In view of the above submission, this court is inclined to dispose of the revision, without going into the merits of the case. 5.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is disposed of, directing the trial court to dispose of I.A. No.308 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on merits. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the revision petition shall stand closed.
