THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B.BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 147 of 2015 P.C.: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the appellants.

This writ appeal is directed against the order, dated 30.10.2012, passed in W.P.No.33670 of 2012, whereby the petition filed by the respondent has been disposed of. While disposing of the writ petition, learned Judge directed the petitioner i.e. the respondent in the instant appeal to approach the appellants and produce a copy of the Provisional National Apprenticeship Certificate possessed by him and upon such production, the appellants were directed to take the same into account and consideration and pass appropriate orders about his selection or otherwise as Shramik and communicate the same to him within two weeks from the date of production of the certificate. We are informed that the appellant-Corporation has complied with the direction issued by the learned Judge after taking into consideration the certificate and passed consequential order on 07.02.2013. In this view of the matter, in our opinion, nothing further survives in the writ appeal. Hence, the writ appeal is disposed of as rendered infructuous.
