CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.4736 of 2011 27.02.2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce Isigimuthu Shanmugam @ Mohan - the alleged detenu, by setting aside G.O.Rt.No.1925, General Administration (Law and Order.II) Department, dated 22.04.2010. 2.

A perusal of the record shows that under the aforementioned G.O.Rt., the period of detention was fixed as one year. The said period having expired on 01.04.2011 itself, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.5871 of 2011 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
