This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw O.P.No.76 of 2014 from the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Repalle and transfer the same to Tenali, Guntur District for disposal in accordance with law. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer civil miscellaneous petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law including filing of the fresh transfer civil miscellaneous petition. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to her under law including filing of the fresh transfer civil miscellaneous petition. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, shall stand closed.
