The grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is that he has purchased the house plot bearing No.8 in Sy.No.93 vide registered sale deed dated 21.04.2008 and the said plot forms part of layout approved by Bagh Hayathnagar Grama Panchayat in the year 1979. It is stated that now the respondent authorities have tried to dig the road on the petitioner's land, as such, he has made representations dated 26.12.2014 and 06.02.2015 to the 3rd respondent but no orders are passed so far. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Smt.A.Deepthi, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

Since the grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is only with regard to non disposal of representations dated 26.12.2014 and 06.02.2015, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the aforesaid representations of the petitioner in accordance with relevant provisions of law and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 19.02.2015.
