The only grievance of the petitioner is that the representation dt.09.04.2019 submitted by him seeking to rectify the market value in respect of land in Survey No.440 of Rajapur Revenue Village & Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District to an extent of Ac.3.00 guntas, is not being disposed of.

Heard both sides.

Since the grievance of the petitioner is stated to be pending before the 3rd respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dt.09.04.2019, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
