Sri Srinivasa Rao Velivela Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Sri P.Srinivasa Rao learned counsel for respondent No.1 would submit that subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the decision of a learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.10772 of 2013 and batch dated 21.09.2013.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for both sides, following the decision in W.P.No.10772 of 2013 and batch dated 21.09.2013, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms thereof. 3.
