This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners - defendant Nos.1 and 4 assailing the order, dated 27.09.2012, of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, passed in I.A.No.197 of 2012 in O.S.No.288 of 2011.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitionersdefendant Nos.1 and 4. 3.

The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of the Court that the suit itself was disposed of on 18.11.2013. 4.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

In the result, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
