This Writ Petition is filed seeking stay of disputed tax demand pending consideration of the appeal before the 1st respondent-The Appellate Deputy Commissioner (CT) at Vijayawada.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the appellate authority has passed a conditional order and thereafter the appeal itself came to be disposed of. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the Writ Petition and no further orders that are required to be passed. Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are closed.
