This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order dated 24-4-2017 in O.P.No.761 of 2013 on the file of the learned VII Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam.

After arguing the case, Sri A.S.C. Bose, learned Counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.
