HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1592 OF 2011 ORDER:

When the matter came up for orders, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the main case C.C.No.350 of 2011 was ended in acquittal so far as A1 is concerned and the case against A2 was split up and numbered as C.C.No.328 of 2014. Subsequently, as per the order dated 08.09.2017, the case against A2 was discharged giving liberty to the police to reopen the case as and when A2 was produced. In that view of the matter, the present criminal revision case became infructuous and therefore, the same is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue his recourse as per law. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
