This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, t973 (for short'Cr.P.C.) by the petitioner seeking to quash the proceedings against him in vide Dis.No.68 of 2022, dated 17.01.2022 passed in Crl.M.P No.6 of 2022in F.I.R No.1026 of 2021 on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Shadnagar. ;

On written instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the charge sheet was filed on completion of investigation and the case was numbered as C.C.No.226 of 2022, hence, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this eriminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to move a fresh application, in case the cause survives.
