HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8289 of 2014 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the respondents.

During the course of hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 placed on record written instructions dated 18.11.2019 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Malakpet Police Station, Hyderabad.

From a perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that the respondent police never interfered in civil disputes of the petitioners in respect of the subject property at any point of time nor tried to dispossess them. It is also mentioned in the written instructions that respondent No.5 herein filed a suit in O.S.No.1289 of 2019 on the file of the XVII Additional Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, for injunction simplicitor against the petitioners and obtained interim orders vide I.A.No.151 of 2016. The 5th respondent also filed I.A.No.443 of 2018 seeking police protection to him.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is closed.
