THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13485 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioners have approached the 2nd respondent, competent authority for grant of Occupancy Rights Certificate under Section 8 of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Inam Abolition Act, 1955 in respect of the subject land. The petitioners contend that the said application is still pending before the 2nd respondent and the same is not being disposed of.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 2nd respondent will pass final orders on the petitioners application, which is numbered as case No.J/5591/2014 within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on the petitioners' application being case No.J/5591/2014 for issuance of occupancy certificate within two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any,
