Learned counsel for the writ petitioners had filed a letter before the Registry stating that the petitioners intend to withdraw the writ petition and requested to post the matter under the caption 'For Withdrawal'. Hence, the matter came up today under the caption "For Withdrawal'.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that permission may be accorded for withdrawing the writ petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, also shall stand dismissed.
