Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioners' grievance is that petitioners' application dt.1711-2015 made to 3rd respondent for issuance of pattedar pass books and title deeds under the provisions of AP Rights in Land and Pattedar Passbooks Act, 1971 is pending consideration before 3rd respondent and 3rd respondent is not passing any orders thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 3rd respondent will pass orders on the petitioners' application within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to pass orders on the petitioners' application dt.17-11-2015 for issuance of pattedar pass books and title deeds in respect of land claimed by them within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and his decision thereon shall be communicated to the petitioners. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
