HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.1989 of 2019 ORDER :

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to pursue the appeal preferred by him against the suspension order dated 29.01.2019 issued by respondent No.3. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to pursue the appeal preferred by him against the suspension order dated 29.01.2019 issued by respondent No.3. It is needless to observe that the Appellate Authority shall consider the appeal filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a reasonable period, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
