Learned counsel appearing for the respondents - chit fund company produced a copy of proceedings of the executing Court, which disclose that a Memo was filed by the decree-holder stating that the decree-holder is not prosecuting the E.P., and accordingly, E.P., was dismissed as not pressed by the order dated 17.10.2016. In view of the above, no further orders are required in the Contempt Case.

Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.
