HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE WRIT PETITION No. 5675 OF 2012 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) None appears for the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader for Home submits that in view of the interim order dated 01-03-2012, nothing further survives in the writ petition. That seems to be the reason why no one is coming forward to work it out on merits.

Hence, I am constrained to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.
