This revision is filed against the order in I.A.No.1406 of 2017 dated 04-01-2018, wherein and whereby though common order is passed dismissing the applications in I.A.No.1406, 1407 and I.A.No. 1408 of 2017 filed for reopen the suit, recall the witness and marking of the document, only one CRP is filed. Unless the suit is reopened, the question of recalling does not arise.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that since the petitioner is the plaintiff, there cannot be delay on his side. It is to be seen that unless the suit is reopened, the question of recalling of witness does not arise. In view of the same, I do not see any reason to interfere with the impugned order and accordingly, the revision is dismissed.
