I.A.No.1 of 2026 (FOR BEING MENTIONED) This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to correct the inadvertent mistake occurred in order dated 29.01.2026 in Crl.P.No.661 of 2026.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to oversight the Crime number was mentioned as Crime No.1290 of 2026 instead of the correct Crime No.1290 of 2025 of Chaitanyapuri Police Station. Hence, the same is to be corrected.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.

Office is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh copy.
