NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 41767 OF 2015 PC: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) Sri Sharad Sanghi, Learned counsel for petitioner does not press this writ petition and seeks direction to the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad to consider and decide his application under order VII Rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code, which has been filed for similar relief as prayed in the instant writ petition.

Sri K K Waghray, learned counsel for respondents has no objection for issuing such direction. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. The II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad shall endeavour to

decide the petitioner's application filed under Order VII Rule 11 in O.P. No. 1977 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. It is open for the petitioner to produce copy of this order before the concerned Judge, within two weeks from today.
