Judgment:

This Appeal arises out of the judgment and decree, dated 18.01.2003, in OS.No.197 of 1992, on the file of the Court of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Chittoor District.

The Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority, Chittoor, has addressed letter, dated 21-012015, to the Assistant Registrar of this Court, wherein she has informed that she has complied with order, dated 01-12-2014, passed by this Court in ASMP.No.2148 of 2014, and has been resubmitting the original record relating to this appeal by enclosing

the terms of compromise recorded and also the original award passed by the Lok Adalat, Chittoor. A perusal of the record sent by the District Legal Services Authority shows that on 12-01-2015, award under Section 21 of the Legal Services Authority Act, 1987, has been passed by the Lok Adalat, Chittoor, by recording the terms of compromise between the parties. The terms and conditions of compromise are also enclosed to the said award.

In the light of settlement of the dispute between the parties, which resulted in passing of award, dated 12-01-2015, by the Lok Adalat, Chittoor, this Appeal is disposed of in terms of the said award.
